Tree care runs from the field, not an office. We're building the platform that answers the phone, moves the work, and gets the operator paid, so a one-truck crew can run like a hundred-truck company without hiring an office to do it.
The Story
Five tools to do what should be one platform.
The idea started with a simple observation: arborists were stitching together five different tools to do what should be one platform. A scheduler made for plumbers. An estimating app built for general contractors. A CRM designed for SaaS sales teams. None of it spoke arborist. None of it understood that a job is a tree, a homeowner, a ladder, a chip truck, and a crew leader trying to capture everything on a phone in the rain.
But we didn't set out to build another field service tool. We set out to build a platform that was AI-native from day one, not one with AI bolted on a decade later.
Most platforms in this space were architected ten or fifteen years ago. Solid tools, in some cases, now racing to retrofit AI onto a stack that wasn't designed for it. EveryGrove was built the other way around: AI in the foundation, not the finish work. The receptionist that answers when you can't. The proposal that writes itself from photos and GPS. The translator that keeps a bilingual crew in sync. The assistant that turns a voicemail into a scheduled job. That isn't a feature list, it's the architecture. That foundation is why Willow exists, an AI agent built into the platform, not bolted onto it.

Our founders bring two decades of advising and scaling software companies, and the firsthand experience of building a company of their own and successfully selling it. That combination shaped how EveryGrove was built: with the discipline of people who've sat across the table from the best product and engineering minds in the industry, and the urgency of people who've actually carried payroll, closed deals, and walked away from a sale they earned.
Alongside the builders, EveryGrove was shaped by working arborists, owner-operators and multi-location leaders who put the product through the only test that matters: a real day, on a real crew, with real customers waiting on real estimates.
